MOQ, lead times, OEM/ODM, payment terms and certification - answered straight.
What is your MOQ?
100 units per model for our standard sizes. For ODM projects with custom dimensions, colour or branding, we can discuss a lower starting quantity - send us your drawing and target volume.
How long is the lead time?
Samples are built in 5-7 business days for your approval. Mass production takes 4-6 weeks after sample approval, depending on order volume and season.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. We produce under your own brand with custom logo, dimensions, RAL frame colour, fabric selection, packaging and private-label manuals. For ODM projects our engineers can develop drawings and structures for your market.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T and L/C for bulk orders. For samples and small orders, PayPal or Western Union are also accepted. We issue a proforma invoice with our bank details once the specification is confirmed.
Are your products certified?
Our motorised shading systems are CE (LVD) compliant, with certificate CLSC25032168386 valid to 2030. Our factory is verified by Intertek through supplier assessment and onsite check. Test reports are available on request.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months on motors and structure. Spare parts are available for the lifetime of the model, and we support installers with technical documentation.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We build a sample to your specification so you can check the finish, motor and louver action before committing to a bulk order.
Which shipping terms do you work with?
EXW, FOB and CIF. We will quote the most economical loading port for your destination and can arrange consolidated shipments for mixed orders.
